Four steps, in order: consultation, estimate, financing and installation. Nothing is hidden between them, and nothing starts until you have a written proposal you understand.

Consultation
Tell us about your project, your goals and your vision. It might be a roofing problem, an interior remodel or an outside project. We bring the product information and the solutions so the plan holds together.
Tell us what matters to you. Some customers ask us to take special care of the plants. Others ask us not to let the dog out of the house, or to close the gate when we leave the property. Tell us which products and colors you like, and show us photos so we can see what you see.
Budget matters too. We help you shop for the products and work with our service vendors to get the best deals, so the project stays inside the number you set.

Estimate
After we set an appointment, we arrive at your home or business, take our measurements, review your options and give you a detailed proposal.
- Will my roof project need a building permit?
- A re-roof out in the county generally does not. Inside a city, it does, and the permit has to come from that city.
- Do I need to buy the permit if one is required?
- No. We take care of everything, because we want this to be as little work for you as possible.
- What do you need if I accept the proposal?
- A signed copy of the proposal sent back to us. That is all.

Between the steps
We remove only what we can cover and clean in a day
A tear-off should never leave your house open overnight. Each day we strip only the section we can dry in and sweep up before the crew leaves, so the deck is covered and the yard is clean when you come home.

Financing
Life begins when we are ready. If you need emergency care, we have a path for that too.
You should not have to settle for just any contractor because of the money. We put the choice back in your hands by taking the financial burden off the table. Financing comes through our partners so customers always have a way forward, and once we finish your estimate we send you the link.

Installation
Your project goes on our schedule. Once we begin, we do not stop until the work is complete and you tell us you are 100% satisfied.
Every day on site ends with the 3 Point Daily Inspection: ground cleanup, installation to manufacturer specs, and security of the site. How the crew protects your property and its own people is spelled out on the safety page.
